Dear Phil, thanks so much for taking time out to tell us about our beef. Did this happen at Rosa's Spitalfields or Rosa's Soho? Alex

Hello - Don't know where else to leave this comment. We love your restaurant, but wanted to let you know that the last two times we went in, the beef used in the beef massaman curry - up till then our favourite - was chewy and tough and just tasted like poor quality meat. Not what you expect in Rosa's. We told the waitresses. But, they didn't seem to care, to be honest. I think they knocked 10% off the bill. But, we didn't really want that. We just wanted you to know so that it doesn't happen again. Because, we're sure it's just an oversight; but the fact it happened twice in a row meant we just needed to tell you so you could fix it. Thank you! Phil Dourado

Afraid we have no idea. Saiphin and I met two of her sons once who were delighted we had decided to keep the name but we have never met her in person.
